Daniel Penny, at the invitation of JDVance, will join Donald Trump and the Vice President-elect for Saturday’s Army-Navy football game in Maryland.
Penny, a 24-year-old Marine who was found not liable in the death by choking of Jordan Neely this week, is hailed as a hero because of the courage that he displayed to protect a subway filled with civilians from Neely who had mental issues and was threatening to kill someone.
Vance, via Twitter on Friday, said about Penny: “Daniel is a good man and New York’s Mob District Attorney tried to ruin his career for having a spine.” Vance was referring to the abuse of office by Alvin Bragg whose abuse is unlike anything we’ve ever seen since the Democrat Party instituted Jim Crow.
Vance continued, “I am grateful that he accepted my invite and I hope he has fun and can appreciate how much the citizens of his city admire his courage.”
In addition to Trump and Vance, according to various news reports, Penny will join Elon Musk, Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), and U.S. Senator-elect David McCormick (R-PA) in Trump’s suite at the stadium.
Trump and Vance’s actions are not just an act of decency toward a man who has been abused and persecuted in his own country, but, as we have witnessed him do for more than a decade, he once again shows a keen instinct for the culture and leads the way.
Trump did it with the border. He did it with law and orders. He did it with the NFL kneeling nonsense. He did it with the trans nonsense. He achieved this by not concealing his wealth, as Mitt Romney had done. Corporate media will always turn common sense into an issue of third rail. They say, “Don’t embrace that.” They say, “Don’t criticize this.” Trump embraces and even burns the media and Democrats because he knows the culture and can’t be emotionally blackmailed into backing down.
Even after he was acquitted, the media would continue to make Daniel Penny, a pre-Trump, radioactive, by smearing and vilifying him as a racial. Trump and Vance refuse to accept this nonsense. Penny is viewed as a hero for his selflessness and willingness to risk his safety to help others. His revenge? Alvin Bragg, a villain, turned a politician into a pinata.
Trump is the only person who can truly understand that feeling. With the corporate media dying, Trump has become the world’s biggest cultural influencer. He’s putting his finger into the media’s, Bragg’s, and the left’s eyes with this righteous act.
It is yet another sign that the ability of the regime media to manipulate, intimidate, and influence the behavior of our politicians has ended. Trump is leading the way, and that is truly liberating.
