Chrisley’s family faces more legal challenges. This time, police are concerned about Chase Chrisley’s middle son.

According to a police report confirmed by the Atlanta Police Department, “Chrisley Knows Best’s” star was named a suspect for a “simple attack” that occurred at Twin Peaks Sports Bar in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood on Monday night.

The police report that the victim claimed Chrisley was “really drunk” in the restaurant bar franchise with locations all over the U.S. and began to “act very disrespectful and belligerently.”

After he was allegedly asked by the victim to leave the location “multiple times,” the police report says Chrisley “slapped him in the face twice” after he previously “refused to leave and started acting more belligerent.”

According to the report the alleged victim “refused medical treatment” and was not injured during the incident.

Chrisley starred in USA Network’s “Chrisley Knows Best” which ran for 10 seasons. The most recent episode aired in March 2024. The spinoff “Growing Up Chrisley” followed the life of Chrisley and his sister Savannah Chrisley for four seasons from 2019 to 2022.

In recent years, the Chrisley family has been in legal trouble.

The Chrisley family’s rapid rise in fame was followed by a swift fall.

Todd Chrisley (family patriarch) and Julie Chrisley (family matriarch), who both portrayed themselves on their USA Network show as real estate tycoons of the South, are currently serving prison sentences. A jury found them guilty in June 2022 of conspiring to cheat community banks of Atlanta out of over $36 million through fraudulent loans. They were also found guilty of defrauding the IRS and committing tax evasion.

In September, a federal judge ordered Julie Chrisley to continue to serve her seven-year prison sentence for tax evasion and bank fraud, upholding her own 2022 ruling.

According to a press release obtained by Variety & Deadline in August 2023, the couple’s three children, Chase, Savannah, and Grayson as well as Chloe, Todd’s granddaughter, and Faye Chrisley, Todd’s mom, were all set to return to TV with a brand new unscripted documentary.

The show has not yet been released. It will follow the family’s adjustment to life behind bars with their parents.

Savannah Chrisley, the youngest daughter of Republican National Convention delegates in Milwaukee this summer, received criticism for arguing that the separate sentences her parents had served were an argument for criminal justice reform across America.
